Timothy E. Butts
Founder and Principal
Meet Timothy Butts, a versatile professional with extensive experience in project management, finance, education, energy, and life sciences. Timothy excels in leveraging data analysis to enhance business operations and provides leadership training on various software systems. He is a highly sought-after speaker on technology, innovation, and management topics. Timothy is proficient in project management, business solutions, I.T. leadership, and financial operations. He has diverse academic background and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston and Temple University. In his recent role as a Senior Consultant, Timothy led projects related to electronic health records (EHR) and technical integration architecture, focusing on ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. His work involves utilizing Agile development methodologies and tools like Confluence, JIRA, and SCRUM.
Christian Butts
Project Manager
Christian Butts, a student from Cherry Hill, New Jersey, pursued various interests at Penn, including international relations, history, and languages. He focused on Business Economics and Public Policy (BEPP) and Social Impact and Responsibility at Wharton. As a 2018 Wharton Peer Advising Fellow, he mentored younger students. Christian was involved in Penn’s International Affairs Association, organized a free conference for high school students, and served as a Perry World House Student Fellow. He was also part of the Pennchants a capella group and the Samba Ensemble. Christian gained diverse work experiences, including internships at Morgan Stanley, the SEC, Senator Cory Booker's office, and the African American Chamber of Commerce. He plans to work as an economic consultant at the Brattle Group in D.C. and has aspirations to attend law school to specialize in international trade or development law.
